Meet the Founder

I started Pattern Co. because I wanted to have a simple way to live aligned to what mattered most to me on a daily basis. I struggled with discerning the urgent from the important, and often felt a sense of overwhelm and decision fatigue.  As a  wife, mother of three small children, and leader of a ministry organization, I had many roles to maintain but not a clear system as to how and where to invest my time, energy and attention on a daily basis.

 I began implementing the 4 Pillars and the planning process in my own life as a way to be present and steward well what God had entrusted to me. I essentially created a planner for myself and began sharing it with other women. It struck a chord and seemed to resonate with all of them. I felt the Lord leading me down this path as I became more and more passionate about equipping women with a simple and clear tool to help them daily prioritize what matters. My heart is to see women flourish in every season of their lives. I know this is possible only as we abide in Jesus and look to him for wisdom about our unique life’s Pattern. It is my desire for Pattern Co. to encourage  women on their journey to adorn the beauty of the Gospel in everything. (Titus 2:10)
