Meet the Founder
I started Pattern Co. because I needed a simple, practical way to to align my daily life with what mattered most. Like many women, I struggled to distinguish the urgent from the important, often feeling overwhelmed and weighed down by decision fatigue. As a wife, mother and ministry leader, I had many roles to maintain but no clear system to guide how and where to invest my time, energy and attention.
That's when I developed the 4 Pillars and the Pattern Planning Process-first for myself, and then for other women. What started as a personal tool quickly resonated with those around me, and I became passionate about equipping women with a simple and effective way to prioritize what truly matters each day.
My heart is to see women flourish in every season, not by striving harder but by abiding in Jesus and trusting Him to shape their unique life's pattern. Pattern Co exists to equip and encourage you on this journey-so you can move from overwhelm to intentional living, one day at a time.

Prayer
We have been created for communion with God, ourselves, and others. In all our moments is the invitation to “taste and see that the Lord is good''-Psalm 34:8. We encourage and equip you to cultivate an abiding relationship with God in every season.
Purpose
We each have been created for a purpose, but as women we can sometimes lose sight of it in the daily grind. Or, we may have never known what our purpose is exactly. In the Pattern process, we guide you in reflection on how you have been uniquely fashioned and entrusted to image something sacred and beautiful to the world.
Presence
Life takes place in the here and now. That’s obvious, but we often choose to live either in the past or in the future while we spend our time in the present harried, distracted, worried or wishing for a different season. “I AM” is here. And it is our deep passion for women to not miss the glory in us, with us, and all around us.
